What is proposed?
I, Alexandra Florides, do hereby give notice that on 9 July 2026 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council to vary the Premises Licence at Mad Hatters Tea Room & Restaurant, Ground Floor, 10 Fairfax Place, Dartmouth, TQ6 9AD.
The application is to:- ADD the first Floor above the current premises as an extension of the business as a restaurant with the same licensable conditions and operating schedule as the premises licence SHPL0536 on the ground floor.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email: licensing@swdevon.gov.uk.
Representations must be received NO LATER than 6 August 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
