including their address & telephone number by no
later than the 30th of July 2026 to the Licensing
Department, Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall,
Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW. Email
fylde.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in connection with an
application, a person doing so may be liable to a
fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
