What is proposed?

The Licensing Act (2003)

Take Notice that BAMBOOLARKLANE Ltd., have applied for a variation of a Premises Licence for 91 Lark Lane, Aigburth, Liverpool L17 8UP. The variation will include: A variation to the layout plan. Removal of obsolete conditions in Annex 2 and 3. A reduction and restructuring of the commencement hours of recorded music (23:00- 24:00/00:00-02:00 Monday to Sunday). A variation in the hours of the retail sale of alcohol and hours of opening (08:00 24:00/00:00-02:00 Monday to Sunday).

Any responsible authority or any other party wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the 7th day August of 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable with an unlimited maximum fine on summary conviction.
