S Uthayakumar has applied to Wrexham County Borough Council to vary the premises licence at Go Local Extra, 95 First Avenue, Gwersyllt, Wrexham, LL11 4EN to allow alcohol sales (off licence sales) 0600-2300 hrs daily. The register can be inspected at Licensing Section, Economy and Planning, Wrexham County Borough Council, Lambpit Street, Wrexham LL11 1AR. Any person may make written representations, stating the nature of the grounds, to Licensing at the above address, by 27/7/26. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with the application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
