Monday to Sunday: 6.00am - 8.00pm
The application may be viewed between the hours of 9.00a.m and 5.00p.m on Monday to Friday at the Licensing Offices, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, General Office, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN Tel: 01495 369700 www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk
Representations in respect of the application can be submitted, in writing, or by email to licensing@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk by 7th August 2026.
