PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that HR4K LTD has applied to Herefordshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as HR4K, Unit 12a, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2 6JT.
• The Sale/Supply of Alcohol (for consumption On and OFF the premises):
Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 23:00 hours.
• Opening Hours of the Premises:
Monday to Sunday from 10:00, to 23:30 hours.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to:
Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owen Street, Hereford, HR1 2PJ, or via email to licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than Friday, 31st July
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address and may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction for the offence.
