Notice is hereby given that Exultant Limited has applied in respect of Pizza Hut, The Crystal Centre, 6 Platts Rd, Amblecote, Stourbridge DY8 4YR for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening Hours
Monday - Sunday 11:00 - 02:00 the following morning
Late Night Refreshment
Monday - Sunday 23:00 - 02:00 the following morning

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 5th August 2026, to the Licensing Team Dudley Council, Lister Road, Dudley DY2 8JW where the application may be viewed during office hours. Representations can also be made via email to liquor.licensing@dudley.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
