What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Away Resorts Ltd to the Licensing Authority of New Forest District Council to vary the Premises Licence for Sandy Balls Estate, Godshill, Fordingbridge SP6 2JZ.

The application is to vary the Premises Licence to permit: on sales in the outdoor swimming pool area 1000 to 2200 hours each day; showing films indoors 1000 to 2300 hours each day and outdoors 1700 to 2300 hours on 4 occasions per week each year.

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Services, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA or via email at licensing@nfdc.gov.uk no later than 28th July 2026

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

A record of this application is available to view during office hours at the above offices or via www.newforest.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
