Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Wilde Dancing Limited have applied to Cotswold District Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as: Land East of Boldridge Farm, Crudwell Lane, Tetbury, GL8 8RT.

The application seeks a premises licence for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment between 3rd and 7th Sept 2026 as follows:

Plays & Performance of Dance: 10:00 on 3 Sept to 00:00 on 6th Sept.

Films: 0:00 to 02:00 on 3 Sept and 11:00 to 02:00 on 4, 5 and 6 Sept.

Live Music and Recorded Music: 14:00 to 02:00 on 3 Sept, 10:00 to 02:00 on 4 and 5 Sept, and 10:00 to 23:00 on 6 Sept.

Similar Activities (provision of Disc Jockeys): 10:00 to 02:00 3 Sept, 10:00 to 02:00 on 4, 5 & 6 Sept.

Late Night Refreshment: 23:00 to 05:00 3, 4, 5, and 6 Sept.

Supply of Alcohol: 14:00 to 02:00 on 3 Sept, 11:00 to 02:00 on 4 and 5 Sept, and 11:00 to 23:00 on 6 Sept.

The application is subject to conditions.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire. GL7 1PX no later than 24th July 2026.

The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Cotswold District Council at the above address (or www.cotswold.gov.uk).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
