The representations must fall within one or more of the Council’s
Licensing Objectives which are: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from Harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.
Representations must be made in writing on or before:- 05/08/2026 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
