Notice is hereby given that Idle Moments Limited has applied to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (Licensing Authority) to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

(2) Recorded music (indoors):

23:00–00:00 Thu, Fri, Sat and eve of Public Holidays.

(3) Extended opening hours:

to 23:00 Mon–Wed & Sun;

to 00:00 Thu, Fri, Sat and eve of Public Holidays.

“Eve of Public Holiday” means the day immediately preceding any Bank or Public Holiday in England under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 or as declared by Royal Proclamation.

HOW TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS

Any responsible authority or interested party may make representations.

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority and received no later than: 31 July 2026

IMPORTANT

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
