Notice is hereby given that Richard James Marsh - Café Meow Limited has applied to Blackpool Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:
Café Meow 20-22 Birley Street, Blackpool, FY1 1DU
The application seeks permission for:
• the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises;
• the occasional exhibition of films indoors; and
• recorded music indoors.
The proposed licensable hours are: Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 17:00 Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 to 22:00 The application may be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Service, Blackpool Council, or through the Council's public licensing register.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to:Licensing Service Blackpool Council Municipal Buildings Corporation Street, Blackpool FY1 1NF or by email to

no later than Friday 31 July 2026.
