APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that K & Z ENTERPRISES LTD
has applied in respect of KFC, 4-5 York Buildings,
Hastings, TN34 1NN for an application to vary the premises
licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the
following:This is an application to extend the late-night
refreshment hours as follows – 23:00 to 01:00 Monday –
Thursday (the morning following) 23:00 to 02:00 – Friday
& Saturday (the morning following). Customer access into
the restaurant will remain as per the existing licence,
namely 12 midnight Sunday to Thursday and 1am Friday
and Saturday (morning following). To change opening
hours every day of the week to 09:30 (currently 10:00). To
add conditions relating to prevention of crime and disorder,
public safety and public nuisance. Any person wishing to
make representations about this application to vary, should
write to Hastings Borough Council, Head of Environment
& Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings,
