Notice is hereby given that: Building Futures Through Sport CIC has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:
The Sports Pavilion & Field, 51 Kendrick Avenue, Shard End, Birmingham, B34 7SD
The application seeks authorisation for the following licensable activities:
Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises Provision of regulated entertainment, including live music, recorded music, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling entertainment, performances of dance, films and similar organised community or sporting events.
Provision of late night refreshment, where applicable.
The proposed hours are:
Sale of alcohol
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 to 23:00
Friday : 10:00 to 00:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 00:00
Sunday: 08:00 to 23:30
Regulated entertainment
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 to 23:00
Friday : 10:00 to 00:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 00:00
Sunday: 08:00 to 23:30
The premises will operate as a community sports and social venue providing facilities for grassroots sport, community activities, private functions, fundraising events, match days, family-friendly events and organised entertainment.
