We ONE TOP STORE LEICESTER LTD., have submitted the above application on 1st July 2026 to Leicester City Council to request the sale of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises and opening hours Monday – Thursday 08:00 to 00:00 and Friday & Saturday 08.00 until 02.00 (the next day). The above application can be inspected via www.leicester.gov.uk or by contacting the Licensing Team on 0116 454 3030. Any person wishing to make a representation regarding the application must include your full name and address, then submitted in writing to licensing@leicester.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ on or before 29th July 2026. It is an offence under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine
