NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd of July 2026 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Gateshead Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains (former B&Q), Sands Industrial Estate, Sands Road, Swalwell, Gateshead NE16 3DJ. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 07:00 to 23:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH no later than the 30th of July 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Gateshead Council and the record of the application may be inspected by emailing licensing@gateshead.gov.uk or telephoning 01914334741. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
