Applicant: Medlock Restaurants ( Manchester ) Limited Address of Premises: Brickworks Market Hall and Medlock Square, Etihad Campus, Ashton New Road, Manchester M11 3FF Description of the proposed Premises Licence: This application is for a Premises Licence for a ground floor restaurant and bar space and partially covered square adjacent to the Etihad Stadium North Stand and detailed on the plans included in the application. Licensable activities will include the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, provision of late night refreshment on and off the premises, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to those activities, showing of films and plays, boxing, wrestling or indoor sport. The core hours for licensable activity for the public in Brickworks Market Hall will be from 07:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive and the premises open to the public from 07:00 to 01:30. For the Medlock Square area licensable activities between 07:00 and 00:00 midnight with the premises closed to the public by 00:30 The licence will be subject to the conditions proposed.
