Applicant: Medlock Restaurants ( Manchester ) Limited Address of Premises: The Three Rivers Brasserie and Bar, The Medlock, Etihad Campus, Ashton New Road, Manchester M11 3FF Description of the proposed Premises Licence: This application is for a Premises Licence for a restaurant and bar that will be linked to the new Medlock Hotel adjacent to the Etihad Stadium North Stand and detailed on the plans included in the application. Licensable activities will include the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, provision of late night refreshment on and off the premises, live music, recorded music and anything similar to live or recorded music and performance of dance. The core hours for licensable activity to the general public will be from 07:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive and the premises open to the public from 07:00 to 01:30. Non-standard timing for Medlock Hotel residents would permit access to licensable activity at all times Monday to Sunday inclusive. The licence will be subject to the conditions proposed.
