Notice is hereby given that I, Nigel McCarthy have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of
the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Bottle & Craft 49A Queen Street, Morley, LS27 8EE
We intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises during the below hours – Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 22:00
Summary of Propelled Operations &; Objectives: The premises will operate as a specialist bottle shop for the retail sale of alcohol for off-site consumption, with a designated seating area allowing for the on-site sampling and consumption of products.
The four licensing objectives will be promoted through an operating schedule that mandates CCTV coverage, ‘Challenge 25' age-verification policy, ongoing staff training on responsible alcohol retailing, and clear public notices requesting that customers leave the area quietly to prevent public nuisance.
