What is proposed?
APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED
has applied to Wakefield City Council to vary a
Premises Licence in respect of premises known as
Church House, Barnsley Road, South Kirkby,
Pontefract, West Yorkshire, WF9 3LA.
The proposed variation is for the following:
The proposed variation has been submitted to
request the change of layout of the premises (as
per proposed plan attached to the application), the
proposed changes are as follows:-
- Addition of External Bar Area.
This variation will also request the extension of
licenced area to the boundary of the existing
garden area as shown on the plan attached.
