Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for
the grant of a Premises Licence for the Secklow Hundred,
1 Midsummer Court, 316 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton
Keynes, MK9 2EA. The application is to provide the
following licensable activities: 1. Sale of Alcohol between
0700 - 0200 Sunday to Thursday and 0700 - 0300 Friday
and Saturday. Alcohol sold for consumption on and off the
premises. 2. Regulated Entertainment between 0700 - 0200
Sunday to Thursday and 0700 - 0300 Friday and Saturday.
3. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 - 0200 Sunday
to Thursday and 2300 - 0300 Friday and Saturday.
4. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain nonstandard days, details of which are contained in the notice
of application. The application is to reinstate on the same
terms, the previously held premises licence by Brewdog
PLC which automatically lapsed due to the company
entering into administration on 2nd March 2026. JD
Wetherspoon PLC are the leasehold owner of the premises.

Licensing Register at Civic. This is accessible Mondays to
Thursday between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and Fridays
9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) or online at
www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person or
responsible authority may make representations either
against or in support of the application in writing. THE

in response to this application will ordinarily be made
available for public inspection, including disclosure to the
applicant and any relevant responsible authorities unless
agreed otherwise. Representations must relate to one or
more of the licensing objectives (namely crime and
disorder, public nuisance, public safety, or protection of
children from harm.)
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. The
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for this offence is unlimited.
