LICENSING ACT 2003


Notice is hereby given that Inn Hospitality Group Ltd has applied to Northumberland County Council to vary the premises licence for The Olde Ship Inn, Main Street, Seahouses, NE68 7RD.
The proposed variation is to:
Permit the playing of live music and dancing performances within the licensing hours. 11:00-00:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00-00:00 Sunday.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to:
Licensing Department, Public Protection Service, Northumberland County Council, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, NE23 3JP
or by email

to Licensing@northumberland.gov.uk,

no later than 23 July 2026.
Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives: The prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, The prevention of public nuisance, The protection of children from harm

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
