NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bracknell Forest Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Wokingham Road, Bracknell, RG42 1NB. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

The full application may be viewed by appointment at; Public Protection Partnership (Licensing), Bracknell Forest Council, Times Square, Bracknell, RG12 1JD, licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address any time up to and including 28th July 2026. Representations will not be accepted after this date.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
