Notice is given that Pelhams Bowls Club has applied to BCP Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Pelham Bowls Club, Bowls Pavilion, Millhams Road, Bournemouth, BH10 7LH. The following qualifying club activities will be provided during the following times and start the 30 day of July 2026. Supply of Alcohol (On Sales) Monday to Sunday 14:00 to 22:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, or email: licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 29 July 2026. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or on the Council’s website: www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
