What is proposed?

Emma Round is applying for a new premises licence for Mason Arms, Devauden, NP16 6PE. If granted the licence will allow the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol- Monday-Sunday- 12:00-23:30. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to : Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA or Licensing@monmouthshire.gov.uk. representations maybe made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils One Stop Shops/County Hall by prior arrangement in writing to the address above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
