APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Blind Tiger Inns Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a Premises Licence has been submitted to Bolton Council in relation to Bolton Food and Drink Festival situate at Le Mans Crescent, Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL1 1SA a brief description of the activities being sought by the application being as follows: sale of alcohol between 11:00 – 22:30 Friday 28 August – Sunday 30 August and between 11:00 – 17:30 on Monday 31 August; live music between 11:00 – 22:30 Friday 28 August – Sunday 30 August and between 11:00 – 17:45 on Monday 31 August; and, recorded music and the performances of dance between 11:00 – 23:00 Friday 28 August – Sunday 30 August and between 11:00 – 18:00 on Monday 31 August.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and be made no later than 29 July 2026 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the authority is kept and where the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows: Bolton Council, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, BL1 1RU (www.bolton.gov.uk).
Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
