What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that an application has been to Pembrokeshire County Council for a variation of a premises licence.
The application is in respect of the Pater Hall, Lewis Street, Pembroke Dock. SA72 6DD and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on council’s website www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
The variation application is to include alterations to the premises, allow the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and to include the first floor of the premises for licensable activities.
Any representations relevant to one or more of the licensable objectives can be made to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, PembrokeshireSA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk
Representations must be made in writing by 5th August 2026, clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for variation for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
