Notice is given that The Pour House Group Ltd has applied to Cumberland Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: Describe the proposed variation. Extend licensing hours: Live Music Mon - Thurs 12:00 -23:30, Fri - Sun 12:00 - 00:00 Recorded music Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 00:00, Fri - Sun 08:00 - 02:00 Supply of alcohol Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 00:00, Fri 08:00 - 01:00, Sat & Sun 08:00 - 02:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Cumberland Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing3@cumberland.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 3rd August 2026 (within 28 days of the date of this notice). The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
