We Milkwood Publishing give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Milkwood House, Jon Davey Drive, Treleigh Industrial Estate, Redruth TR16 4AX.
The application is to : Dispatch the orders of alcoholic gifting during our opening hours of warehouse and pick pack team.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 28th July 2026
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
