To whom it may concern:

We: Exmouth Rugby Football Club Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Exmouth Rugby Club, Royal Avenue, Exmouth EX8 1DG and known as Exmouth Rugby Club

The application is to:

Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Saturday 1st August 2026 12:00pm – 9:30pm

The provision of live and recorded music: Saturday 1st August 2026: 12:00pm – 10pm

Premises opening hours: Saturday 1st August 2026: 12:00pm – 10pm

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 27th July 2026.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
