NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Poms Hospitality Ltd has submitted a premises licence application to the Birmingham City Council. The application is for a new licence for the premises known as Unit 114, Gracechurch Shopping Centre, The Parade, Sutton Coldfield B72 1PH.
The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music) and the sale of alcohol between 09:00 and 22:30 each day.
The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the address below on the Council’s website, www.birmingham.gov.uk.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to : The Licensing Authority, Birmingham City Council, Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham B1 1BB or by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 30th July 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm). Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub-
Committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person. The applicant welcomes the opportunity to discuss the application with anyone who has concerns before they make a representation.
