NOTICE OF APPLICATION  FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of East Hampshire District Council for the variation of a premises licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.  

Details of the application are as follows:  
Name of Applicant: CONFORD VILLAGE HALL TRUST 
Postal address of premises:  Conford, Hampshire, GU30 7QP
Brief description of proposed variation to premises licence:   To extend the licence coverage to include both the Main and Small Halls To change the licence from ON SALES to both ON and OFF SALES There are no proposed changes to any timings relating to the current premises licence
A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours (please call 01730 234379/89 to arrange) or by viewing the licensing public register at www.easthants.gov.uk  
Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to Licensing, Council Offices, Monterey House, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3LJ. Written representations may also be made by email to: licensing@easthants.gov.uk  
Representations must be received by 3rd August 2026  
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.  
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction for the offence, a person is lable to a fine, the maximum fine is unlimited
