Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wingstop, Unit 2 Ground Floor, Bobby’s Bournemouth, 2-12 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5LP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol (on and off the Premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Sunday to Wednesday, and from 23:00 hours until 04:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday. Opening Hours from 10:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 hours until 04:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or via email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk no later than 27th July 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk
