Take notice that A&R Retailer Ltd have made an application to Lewisham Council acting as the Licensing Authority, for a Full Variation of Premises Licence in respect of One Stop Forest Hill, 20-22 Dartmouth Road, SE23 3XU
The details of the application are as follows:
This application includes proposals to:
•Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
•Removal of the following condition from Annex 2 - "No super strength beer, lagers, ciders or spirit mixtures of 5.5% ABV (alcohol by volume) or above shall be sold on the premises."
Proposed Operating Hours:
24hrs Monday to Sunday
Currently Licensed:
•Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises 06:00 – 23:30 Monday - Sunday
The application and the Licensing Authority’s public register can be inspected at: Lewisham Council, Safer Communities Service, Licensing Authority, 4th Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, SE6 4RU by appointment between Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) and between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00 pm; or at www.lewisham.gov.uk
The last date by which responsible authorities or other persons may make representations to the Licensing Authority in relation to this application is 03rd August 2026
