What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd has
applied to Luton Borough Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Wingstop, Unit 2A1, Luton Retail Park, Gipsy Lane, Luton,
LU1 3JH. The proposed licensable activities and their hours
are: Sale of Alcohol (on and off the Premises) from 10:00
hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late
Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00
hours until 02:00 hours the following day Sunday to
Wednesday, and from 23:00 hours until 04:00 hours the
following day Thursday to Saturday. Opening Hours from
10:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Sunday to
Wednesday and from 10:00 hours until 04:00 hours the
following day Thursday to Saturday. Please see the
application for full details. Any representations regarding
the above-mentioned application must be received in
writing by Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council,
Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ or via email to

licensing@luton.gov.uk

no later than 29th July 2026 stating
the grounds for representation. The register of and the
record of the application may be inspected at the address of
the council, given above, during normal business hours or
on the council’s website -
