NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Hardi Arsnei Ibrahim applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 27 May 2026 for a licence to use the premises at Fresh Market, 263 Allerton Road, Bradford, BD15 7QU for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises (Off Licence) and to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Representations should be made in writing to: Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU by 25th July 2026 (being 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council). Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00-16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
