Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by South West PJ Holdings Ltd in respect of Papa John's, 174b Cheltenham Road, Montpelier, Bristol, BS6 5RE for a new premises licence to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG.
The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk in respect of Papa John's, 174b Cheltenham Road, Montpelier, Bristol, BS6 5RE for a new premises licence.
The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment as follows: 23:00 to 05:00; the premises shall close to the public at midnight and will then continue to operate solely as a delivery service until 05:00, 7 days a week.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 30 July 2026
Such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
