Notice is hereby given that All Work and Social Bonded Limited has applied to Manchester City Council in respect of Monty's Bonded Warehouse 18 Lower Byrom Street Manchester M3 4AP for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
The premises formerly traded as Project Halycon, but the licence held by Zymurgorium Ltd lapsed earlier this year.
This application therefore seeks a new licence for a new operation to trade within this space.
To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off), live music and recorded music from 12:00 until 01:00 the following morning Sunday to Thursday and 12:00 until 04:00 the following morning Friday and Saturday.
For late night refreshment from 23:00 until 01:00 the following morning Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 until 04:00 the following morning Friday and Saturday.
Opening hours to be from 12:00 until 01:30 the following morning Sunday to Thursday and 12:00 until 04:30 the following morning Friday and Saturday.
For the above, from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
On the occasion of the change from British Summer Time to Greenwich Mean Time, the premises may remain open and all licensable activities authorised by this licence may continue for one additional hour beyond the terminal hour otherwise permitted by this licence.
