NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Fox Den Crosby Ltd of 14 Endbutt Lane, Crosby, L23 0UR has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence.
The licensable activities proposed to be carried on from the premises are: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 11:00am and 11:00pm daily. The premises will be open to the public from 11:00am until 12:00 midnight daily.
This application can be inspected in person at Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ (weekdays 9.00am to 3.00pm by appointment) or on Sefton Council’s website.
Any representations to the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the grounds for the representation, no later than 1st August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
