NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the premises: Premises licence to cover the following activities, 7 days a week:

Showing of films — 1000-0100

Recorded music — 1000-0100

Late Night Refreshments — 2300-0100

Alcohol sales — 1100-0030

A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below.

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

The closing date for representations is: 20 July 2026

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
