LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I Jordan McAuley do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Gripps Farm, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Cleveland, TS12 2QU and known as Gripps Farm.
The application is to permit the following licensable activities: Provision of plays, Live Music, Recorded Music, Selling and supplying of alcohol between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 everyday. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 17th of July 2026 and send to: The Licensing Service Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council Redcar & Cleveland House Kirkleatham Street Redcar TS10 1RT. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
