Notice is hereby given that Denes Local Limited has applied in respect of Denes Local, 33 Craig Street, Darlington DL3 6EZ for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow: To vary the existing licence to include an online shopping and delivery service.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 22nd July 2026 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
