What is proposed?

TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Under Section 34 of The Licensing Act 2003  
CLWB RYGBI TREGARON RUGBY CLUB of Station Road, Tregaron, SY25 6HY have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council to vary a Premises Licence on the 22 of June 2026.   
We wish to vary where the licensable activities are held to the new extension. Also, temporary marquee that will have no more than 5 events per year.      
The application is available for inspection by request made to: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0AT, by email: publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk or telephone: 01545 572 179  
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 22 July 2026.  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
