Notice is hereby given that K&Z South London Ltd has applied in respect of KFC, Purley 10-11 Purley Parade High Street, PURLEY, CR8 2AB for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to extend the late-night refreshment hours as follows – 23:00 to 01:00 Monday – Wednesday (the morning following) (currently 00:00), 23:00 to 02:00 – Friday & Saturday (the morning following) (currently 01:00). Customer access into the restaurant will be limited to/remain as per the existing licence, namely 12 midnight Sunday to Thursday and 1am Friday and Saturday (morning following). Please note there are no changes to hours Sunday & Thursday for late night refreshments. To change opening hours every day of the week to 09:30. To add conditions relating to prevention of crime and disorder, public safety and public nuisance.
