DV Drinks Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence at: First Floor, 61-66 Mott Street, Birmingham, B19 3HE to allow the following activities: Off Sales of Alcohol: Monday – Sunday: 24hrs daily The application may be viewed, by appointment, during office hours Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, or via the online public register accessed via weblink: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or by email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than: 30/07/2026 It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application.
