What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF LICENSING ACT 2003

We, St Mary's College Sports Development Company, can confirm that on 24 June 2026 we submitted an application to vary the premises licence at St Marys College, Cranbrook Avenue, Kingston upon Hull, HU6 7TN. The proposed variation to include/extend the hours for certain licensable activities on the following days as detailed below:

To add an area of the SM6 building to the licensable area covered by the premises licence. All licensable activities, permitted hours and opening hours to remain as existing.

Anyone wishing to comment on this application must do so no later than 28 days from the date shown above, either by email to liquor@hullcc.gov.uk or in writing to Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB where the register of licensing applications can be viewed. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
