Notice is hereby given that Aero Legends Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the GRANT of PREMISES LICENCE for Provision of Live and Recorded Music and the Sale of Alcohol on 8th & 9th August 2026 between the times of 10:00am - 22:00pm for the premises Woodchurch Airfield, Little Engeham Farm, situated at Woodchurch, Ashford, Kent TN26 3QY.
A register of licensing applications can be viewed at Licensing, Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place Ashford, Kent, TN23 1HU, 01233 33111, by appointment Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by: 31st July 2026.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
