TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Standing Order, 28-32 Iron Gate, Derby, DE1 3TL. The application seeks to amend the hours on the premises licence as follows: Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Sunday to Thursday 0900 - 0100 (currently 0030). Late Night Refreshment: Sunday to Thursday 2300 - 0100 (currently 0030). Opening: Sunday to Thursday 0700 - 0130 (currently 0100). Friday and Saturday hours remain unchanged. There are no other changes to the premises licence. Details of the application may be requested by emailing licensing@derby.gov.uk, by prior appointment or in writing to The Licensing Team, Derby City Council, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS.
Any party (including your ward councillor) or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address before the date shown. If the representation is to be made in the form of a petition then contact the licensing team for further advice.
