We Salamandridae Limited give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:- The Salamander, 4 Tregoney Hill, Mevagissey, PL26 6RD.
The application is for the following:-
Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises from 12:00 to 23:00 daily
Sale of Hot Food on and off the premises from 07:00 to 22:00 daily
Provision of Live Entertainment and Recorded Music during opening hours.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 30th July 2026.

Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www. cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’.

A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
