NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Mr Mehmet Gok has applied to the Colchester City Council on 29.06.2026 in respect of the Londis, Retail Premises, Homefield Road, Colchester CO2 9PF for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises from: Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 21:00 and Sunday between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 27.07.2026, to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by prior appointment between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
